These have to be adapted to go the tasting of Bordeaux wines. Each season, the menu is renewed. The idea of creation co-exists with that of tradition, but this quest is never becomes extravagant.

Amongst the forty or so wines on the wine list (26 of which are served by the glass), you will find your favourite chateau or vintage, unless you would prefer to be tempted to taste a wine you didn't know up to now.
From the prestigious Chateau Pétrus via Margaux Chateau Palmer, or even white Chateau Brown Graves (a real revelation), a wide range of the world's most famous wines awaits you.
Each wine comes with its own description to help you make your choice, but if you would like personalised advice to match your own tastes, don't hesitate to ask us - it's also a pleasure for us to talk "wine" with you.
